Hi, This job is to customise PHP Laravel based CRM, and add more features as below.

Features Need to be added & customise are as follows.

1. Add invoicing feature with payment gateways integration ( paypal, stripe & braintree)

- Able to send invoice via email download invoice pdf, invoice templates

- Option to add reminders for invoice by email in case of non payment before due date

2. Able to create and send estimates to customers .

- Estimates needs to be digitally signed by customer to be accepted or rejected.

( Digital sign feature is already present in CRM core )

- After estimate is accepted, convert it to invoice automatically

- Add option to create invoice, estimate from deals, contacts page and autofill the relevant details

3. Change Change Sidebar, Header & Kanban UI Design [ Will share the design reference]

4. Modify & Enhance Workflow Engine

-Current workflows have fixed rules and actions.

5. Create addon system to install & uninstall any addon by customer

6. Need to create 2 addons are mentioned below

- Quickbooks Addon ( Login into quickbooks , sync invoices, estimates, customers to quickbooks & vice versa)

- mailchimp Addon ( Login into mailchimp via authv2 directly, Sync contacts with mailchimp audience lists in mailchimp)

7. Allow deals and invoices to be created in multi currency

8. Allow sms option from twilio to be sent from deals, contacts and also show incoming sms from the number in the history of deal, contact, company ( Twilio is already present & configured in CRM core)

9. Dashboard & Reporting :

- Enhance existing dashboards to include dynamically created KPIS, charts, graphs etc based on any model

10. Twilio Call Recording - Enhance Existing Twilio calling system

- Call recordings of all calls made via Twilio and saved to Awss3 or twilio directly.

- Play call recording option on Deals or contacts page , In the call history section.
